I was on the Crossfit site a few weeks ago and saw a link that had all these different WOD's created by regular Crossfit users. Luckily, I printed it out, as I can't seem to find it. Does anyone know what I'm talking about and where the link is.
Also, I recently bought a weighted vest and have done a couple of the WODs with 12 pounds in the vest. The pullups are hard, but I've always done assisted pullups anyways. Is this recommended?
