Basically, you run the web through the weight and then back up the buckle. This forms a sort of "V" down to the weight and completely avoids your twig and berries; very nice. ALWAYS thread the webbing back through the buckle! Only threading one way is not secure and could easily lead to injury.

Let us know when you're ring dipping with 100% of bodyweight attached. :biggrin:
