I guess I gotta work on my air squats, because my thigs feel a very deep burn after only a couple of reps. I should maybe start doing tabata squats again... air squats are something I have seen almost no improvement in. In metcons with airsquats I've sometimes broken them up very badly, like, sets of 9 air squats I cannot do them straight after two or three rounds,

These amount of rounds are awesome and inspiring.
