Re: Evening Workouts
I resort to evening workouts (anything after 6 p.m.) only if all other options are exhausted. I prefer afternoon workouts when possible but sometimes the day just doesn't allow. If that is the case, I'll get it in the evening. However, my night's sleep is usually messed up. For me it's worth it as I don't want to skip a workout. I would imagine this will depend on each person though.
