Hi Parth,

This is just my two cents, but instead of alternating days, you may want to try incorporating the O-lift training as part of your post WOD cool down using very light weight and concentrating on getting the form down. Personally, I like Dan John's modification of Dave Turner's program. He talks about it here http://www.crossfit.com/discus/messages/21/1168.html.
