Possibly TMI, but major GI issues this morning. Still made good weight, but decided to ditch a few of the other things that were written into programming today.


Back Squat
45x10, 135x6, 225x5, 275x5, 315x5, 345x5, 365x5, 345x5, 330x5

First really heavy 5 here in a while, not a PR but made the goal for the day.

Push Press
45x10, 135x5, 185x3, 205x3, 220x3, 235x3, 225x3, 210x3

Surprised myself a little bit here. While 235 was the goal coming in I didn't really come in with a ton of confidence about making it given that I haven't been push pressing much.

4 lb PR for a triple.
