So back in December I had surgery which involved some work on both pec muscles. Anyway long story short I can barely do one pushup and pullups are are also not happening either. I want to start back on Crossfit now that the doc has cleared me so I was wondering if anybody had any ideas of what to substitute in for the WODs on days that revolve around pullups and whatnot until I can get back up? Or exercises to help rebuild the muscle loss? Really appreciate the help. Very glad to be back at this even though I see a very long recovery road ahead.
