Breakfast - Sausage, Eggs, Cheese
Lunch - Taco Meat/Cheese, Salad
Snack - Wheat Bread with Honey (My stomach was cramping, I'm guessing withdraws form Carbs)
Supper - general Chicken

WOD - Filthy 50 - Holy crap is all i can say. That was rough. Took me about 25 minutes.
