Add into your wod in lieu of running or rowing. Or just add it in. 30-60s max effort on rounds. Boom!
e.g.
6 rounds
3 reps heavy squat
60s max airdyne (don't even worry about 'score', just burn up that clock with a max effort and push yourself).

or

3 mins
Row 500m
15 cals airdyne
max double unders.

or instead of running in Helen, do a 40 cal airdyne or something.

get creative and use it.
Great for warm up and down too.
