1. Snatch
A. 1-rep heavy Hang Power Snatch


20kg x 5
40kg x 2 x 3
60kg x 2 x 2
70kg x 1
80kg x 1
85kg x 0
85kg x 1
90kg x 1 (Full snatch - just)


I got pushed down into a full snatch on the 90kg rep. Technique felt good enough on the reps leading into it though. Brain explosion on the first attempt at 85kg.

2. Conditioning
“Mind Eraser”
AMRAP 20:
7 Power Cleans, 135/95
7 Burpees
200m Run


8 rounds + Power Cleans + Burpees in 19:40


PC's - UB (touch-and-go)
Burpees - UB but very slow from round 2 onwards
Run - Only first 2 rounds at a decent pace. Lower back fatigued hard from the touch-and-go power cleans made it very hard to run from round 3 onwards, it just got worse every round.
