1. Strength
55 Front Squat


20kg x 5
60kg x 3
90kg x 3
110kg x 3
130kg x 5 x 5


Beltless, no-knee sleeves.

Good squats. I needed to jam my elbow into my outer right quad before each set because it was aching though - seemed to do the trick. I'm happy to be gaining a bit of leg strength

2. Conditioning
1 mile Run
21 KBS
21 Goblet Squats
800m Run
15 KBS
15 Goblet Squats
400m Run
9 KBS
9 Goblet Squats

men use 2 pood

The mile was a tad (50m) long and up and down a hill - only like 25m of elevation rise though.
The 800m was more like 780m and flat. The 400m was flat and pretty much the right length.

Runs were pretty slow (tired legs from front squats).
All KB swings UB.
Goblet squats - 8/7/6, 8/7, 9

Too much breaks and rests (in terms of time) for the Goblet squats. Otherwise I did OK.
