With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
12 Minutes of jogging on treadmill to warm up
Made it to 7 minutes, did 7 more, and on the eighth one I was out of time, dang I'm soft!
5 Minutes of jogging on treadmill to cool down
