Fruit? Sweet Potato? My understanding is that you really need to go low carb to hit ketosis but there are many ways to get carbs within paleo if you eat lots of fruit or include sweet potatoes.
Sometimes i eat one small apple but this is very rare. I do eat sweet potatoes though. I heard that you need to eat sweet potatoe after working out. I may have 6 ozs of sweet potatoe p/day. Other than that I m not getting any kind of carbs. Well I do eat a lot of vegetables and some meet jerky . Do you think I should cut the SP and the fruit at all?
