Interesting question, Dammit.
First, NO, your front squat should be less than your back squat. The FS is a harder lift to perform because loading the bar on the front of the chest and shoulders means you can't get the same leverage on it like with a back squat. The mechanics of the two lifts are quite different. Read Rippetoe's Starting Strength for more details.
Second, that depends on your current C&J and your current max squat. The back squat is great for developing pure strength. Definitely keep working your back squat. I'm sure you can backsquat 100k, but you should probably be back squating at least 150k or more if you want to c&j 100k. Similarly you should be deadlifting far more than 150k. Finally, you should be front squating a lot more than 100k.
Basically, if you want to be able to clean and jerk 100k you have to have very high numbers in the other lifts and then you have to have a really good clean and jerk.
