Bad back in need of help.
I need some help with my dad. He's 47, a retired cop, over weight, and has huge back problems. He started dieting and he is losing a lot of weight, I'm really proud of him. He's doing great, but I want to know if there are any workouts he can do to build some more muscle. He lost a good amount of fat, but I want to know if there is anything else that would make him more healthy and stronger. But anything that puts a strain on his back is out of the question. He can actually do 30 honest push-ups so thats one exercise he can use. Any other ideas? Thanks.
