Strict Pull Ups
Not my fastest Fran, but decent considering I was doing strict Pull Ups. I tried doing the Thrusters in subsets of 8, 7, 6 then 6, 5, 4 and finally 5, 4. The Pull ups were more of singles with a few doubles.
