Im 5'9" 167 5% bf. I do the WOD and 2-4 capoeira sessions/week. Perhaps twice/week 1hr of kickboxing or grappling. I follow the natural Hormonal Enhancement eating scheme (low carb 3 days and then two carb load meals). I get 160-225g protein, 250-300g fat and the carbs really vary depending upon whether it is low or higher carb. Total energy intake is 3200-4000. The Coach and Lauren recomended trying a bit lower calorie intake so I am giving that a try. If you follow the zone guidelines and increase fat such that performance iss good but bodyfat does not increase.
