I know Coach favors the Zone approach to eating and I've been following it for some time. I really like it seems like a healthy approach. My only reservation is that I find it hard to maintain my weight (not to mention impossible to gain) when I eat my recommended number of Zone blocks. I know the recommendation in this case is to add some fat blocks, but I thought it might be helpful to hear from others who follow the program to see what you're eating. So, here's what I want to hear:
Height, Weight, Calorie intake per day, rough macronutrient breakdown, current training schedule (including any sports training).
