New to the crossfit community
I recently stumbled upon the crossfit website and I have been looking for a good program to start up. I am looking to build functional muscle for a future career in the military. I am an AFROTC cadet looking to max out my physical fitness assessment by October. My run time was 11:30min for the 1.5 mile run (max 9:36), push ups were 40 in a minute (max 65), and sit ups were 50 (max 55). I'm also looking to cut down my waist line from 34in to 30in. Currently 5'9", 181 lbs, started a weight lifting program not too long ago and looking to enhance it. Now the real question: where to start?
Anyone have any suggestions?
