30 day: burpee to pull up challenge (+2 a day)
i was really inspired by the burpee challenge that i missed out on. so i thought it would be cool to come up with one similar but with a little extra twist. so i combined my two biggest weaknesses burpees and pull ups.
i decided to make this challenge only 30 days but instead of 1+1+1+etc... I figure we could double the intensity with 2+2+2+etc... so by the 30th day we'll be doing 60 burpee/ pull ups.
anyone up to the challenge?
