Meant to mention that you might try the exercise in the evening rather than the morning. Personally I find strenuous exercise in the morning wipes me out for the rest of the day. Might be blood sugar levels or circadian rhythm or it might be the same in the evening, but at that point when the day is largely done, it doesn't bother me...
