Working hard... or just hot?
When I moved to Belize from Los Angeles, the change in climate natually had an effect on my training. I feel I have adapted and no longer mind working out in the heat/humidity. However, I wonder if I'm really working as *hard* as I used to, or if the puddle of sweat and exhaustion at the end of a workout is due simply to the weather? How do I know if I'm really still working at my peak, as opposed to being limited by my body overheating?
Is this even a reasonable question?
