Steven,Travis and Richard you guys rock!I have to to say before I met you guys my wife and I were kind of nervous to train with an actual crossfit group.Instead we found a fantastic group of guys we can't wait for the next w/o.I thought I was training with intensity before I saw you guys doing the wod now I know different.
