Notes: RXed workout. Finished 12 out of 35 on the whiteboard. Back squats were pretty good. Knees started to buckle inward ever so slightly. Need to continue to do box squats and pause squats as those have seemed to help! Did not finish a full round of the Metcon. Broke the 55 thrusters up into 10-9-8-7-6-6-4-5, which was a great rep scheme.
