Not too bad! You should be on your heal and the balls of your feet. Most of the weight should be on your heals though. When you are squating you should always look up and find something to focus on. Envision yourself sitting on a standard size toilet and then getting off of it straight up. That is the dept that you should go to. Your feet should be about should width apart with you feet slightly angle out.

I agree that it did look like you were on your toes. Keep on trying and you will get to your goals.
