Hi,

I follow the WOD a few days behind. On the 7/29/03 for the wall ball portion are we supposed to do a deep squat with every throw, or should we be doing this more like a pushpress? Coach this seems like a great drill for developing better hip extension.
Coach, my conditioning has improved since I've been doing Crossfit, yetit seems to me that over the 2 years or so that I've been following WOD the workouts have been getting tougher. Is this a correct perception? Is this because your elite Crossfiters keep raising the bar
