I'm still dealing with a slightly hyper-extended elbow (Armbars gone wild...). Anyway -- does anyone know if it's still reasonably safe to row and/or do thrusters (in our recent WOD)? The motions themselves don't SEEM to hurt, but lack of pain does not always mean lack of damage...
