A front view might better help diagnose the problem...but from the side it looks like the main problem is that your stance is too narrow.

It looks like you stall on the descent--not because of a lack of flexibility--but rather because you're not opening the hips so, consequently, your pelvis has no where to go.

Here, IMO, is the best how-to-air-squat-video out there (WFS). Try box squatting in this manor, gradually lowering the height of the box, and you'll be breaking parallel in no time.
