Thanks for this information. I probably arch my back too much, but thankfully, have not experienced any pain or real soreness from the back extensions.
I also read your post on constructing workouts. Thanks for this valuable information. I'm still quite new to CF (just over four months) and am amazed by all that's out there to learn.
