Thanks. To be fair, that 70lb was an estimate at the time - so there is a chance I was a little stronger than that when I started - but not much.
I am sure I would not have been able to get 70x5.
That sucks with your elbow. Can you do bench or press? I am battling some tendonitis right now - it flares up when I start, but usually dissapates about half way through my workout.
