not sure if you guys remember, but I posted (several pages and months ago) that I was going to experiment with putting weighted pullups on a 5/3/1 program on a 5th day to see what happens.
I tested my pullups today, and was able to rip out 5 pretty solid reps with 110 dumbell.
I would have gone heavier, but that was the heaviest dumbell my gym has, and I didn't feel like messing with a bunch of plates.
Must say, I am pretty happy with the progress - considering I also weigh ~5 lbs more that I did when I started.
