how to add crossfit to my weekly Shaolin wushu training?
I have started training my self in Shaolin wushu. My training so far is 45 minutes of dynamic stretching/range of motion training and 1 hour and 15 minutes of wushu training. I do this 3 times a week on mondays, wednesdays and fridays. My question how should I add crossfit/strength type training to the training week.
