The above link shows me doing 475x2. The problems I am having have to do with
a. my left knee shifting inward on the ascent
b. general hip instability...most visible around the start and the finish of each rep
I am moderately detrained, after, basically taking a year of lowered training volume, basically 1-2 sessions a week, with stretches of 2-3 weeks throughout the year where I didn't train at all.
Any critique or advice is welcome.
