PRs from before i injured elbow:
Push Press: 245-255, i think.
Push Jerk: 285
205<245<285. Whatever that ratio works out to.
My favorite WOD to work all three, and really drive home the differences:
WOD from 051214
Five rounds for time of:
95 pound Shoulder press, 5 reps
95 pound Push press, 10 reps
95 pound Push jerk, 15 reps
