I modified as follows

I took about 15-20 minutes. I used an extra knee wrap this time, and I didn't feel ANY knee pain. I really focused on form this time, I could tell when I ran "fatigued" that my knee was stressed. I will have to read more about the "pose". But I felt best when I tried to run like Sonic the Hedgehog, like a continuous rolling ball, I didn't let my weight "fall" on my leg but ran in a "circle". Anyway, I'm, just glad I didn't feel any pain. I will time my 5k next time.
