Three rounds, 21-15- and 9 reps, for time of:
95 pound Thruster
I modified this as follows:
25# (each) dumbell thrusters
Assisted Pull Ups (Blue elastic band)
Thrusters went smoothly. Broken sets by 1/2 on 15 reps and 9 reps.
Pull Ups were broken up. 12/5/4 15 seconds of rest between, 9/4/2, 6/3.
11 Minutes on the nose. This week destroyed my shoulders and back! I know other people feel the same. Glad I have a rest from crossfit tomorrow! I have to say though, I haven't felt better in a long time...
