I've decided to drop the daily squats. Getting a strong squat (which tbh I already have) is no longer the focus and my ankles are getting very sore lately, I just need to recover more. I can squat 180-190kg any day of the week and my Olympic lifts are really lacking so I wanna focus my energy on those..

Hang Snatch triples
20kg x 2
60kg x 4 sets
These were a bit rubbish today.
Hang Cleans triples
90kg x 2 sets
These were OK. Bar was crashing on me a bit.
90kg x 5
100kg x 5
100kg x 3 (sore elbow)
90kg x 2 x 5
Apart from the sore elbow, these were pretty good.
140kg x 3 x 5
Bloody ruthless. The last sets they were getting pretty slow.
Tired as now. Heading to the beach for 3-4 days so that will be nice to get away from it all. Then back into the hard training again..
