Hey all, I started following the zone pretty strictly about 10 days ago, with a few "exception" meals. I've been logging my food consumption on to see how close I am to the ideal 40-30-30 ratio and whatnot. I've been doing most of my zone calculations based on the CFJ issue 21 block charts. What seems weird is that on average I'm getting close to 3000 calories per day on only a 19-20 block diet, which seems much higher than what I would expect from other reading. Does fitday give a high calorie count, or what is going on?
