1. Flat Edge Pyramid Training 3 sets of 4-6-8-10-8-6-4 (5 sec rest between sets) -20, -10, 0# 0 next time.
2. 2 finger (RPTC): 3 sets of 3-6-9 -20#
3. Sloper Crimp 3 sets of 3-6-9 -35
