Im having some friends over tonight to do the HSPU workout and I was wondering if I would be better off having them hook their legs over a lowered bar or going into handstand and either doing a hold (30sec, 20, 10) or placing a box under their head to limit the ROM.

The last time I had a friend do a HSPU workout with me we used the box method and I think that its a good idea to get used to inversion.

Personally, I feel that my HSPU #'s have gone up 5 in a row vs none in 6 months because I have been using the box method.

Any thoughts?
