I'm about a month in and my numbers are going up significantly on everything.
The best part for me is the WOD. If left up to me, I tend to do exercises that are easy or comfortable for me, and will give up sooner than my body needs to. The WOD gives me a ton of variety in my routine as well as a mission to accomplish every time I hit the gym. I really push myself to reach that goal, whether it's lifting a few more pounds or shaving off a few seconds.
