I've been doing CF for a few years now, but have lost my CF buddy through a shoulder injury.
I'm interested in finding someone that can rock up to my place at 6am or thereabouts most weekday mornings, ideally, Tuesday through to Friday, for CF.
I ride Saturdays and generally take Sundays/Mondays off.
I have a small garage gym, but it has been designed with CF in mind, so I have most of the basics: squat rack, C2 rower, Oly weights, back extension machine, kettlebell and so on.
I'm 41 and I would ideally like someone younger to kick my *** and get me to lift my game a bit. I've found that I don't work as hard when I'm on my own.
