HEy everyone, I am a 20 yr old college student who has been following
crossfit for about 2 months now and I am sold. I am now done with school so I
want to start some martial arts training.

I found a gym nearby that teaches both muay thai(m,w,f) and bjj(tu,thr,sat)
and since its a monthly fee I want to go as often as possible.

During the day I work at a construction site, (rough frame, residential) and
its a 9 hour day (7 to 4) of physically demanding work. I am also in the
army and need to keep up my running ability. So i was wondering if anyone can
help me come up with a training schedule.

I was thinking 3 miles runs on tues,thurs,sat in the mornings, then after
work going to my bjj classes

on mon, wed, fri I was thinking WOD in the morning with supplementary ring
work and my muay thai classes after work.

sunday is rest, any and all comments are welcome
