Did SS for a year so that I would be strong enough to do Crossfit. When I did the CFT, I got 825, not bad considering. Xfit has been amazing so far, I love it and cant wait until the next workout comes out daily.
My question to the experts- I am super weak in my running. Shins hurt, I have no endurance, etc. It bums me out. Does anyone have any tips for someone that hasnt ran since highschool (20 years)??? . Is biking a good substitute until I build my endurance levels up? Thanks all
