Why no deadlifts and why alternating FS and BS? Alternating will make it harder to maintain the regular progression. I think you'd be better off doing just one variety of squat, and it doesn't really matter whether it's high bar or low bar. If you're going to do high bar then some extra hamstring work in the form of RDLs or GHRs wouldn't hurt.
