My co-worker likes to eat some oatmeal. It is slower and last longer compared to fruit. This is how he makes it:

Heat up 1 scoop of oatmeal with almond milk. Then he adds 1 scoop of protein powder, 1 tbsp of almond butter, and 1 banana. It actually tastes good as hell. He can take out the fruit if he wants.
