Rapid weightloss?

Just wanted thoughts!
I was 159 about 4 weeks ago before decided to hit the zone diet hard and ramp up intensity in my workouts - been slowly geting to grips with some of the movements for a while before that. I'm on 15 blocks and already my weight is down between the 150 and 155 mark. Should I keep an eye on this or as long as my times go down and weight (on lifts) go up just no worry about the scales?
