If the rough amounts of protein, carbs, and fat you say you eat in a day are close, and since 1g of carbs is 4 Calories, 1g protein is 4, and 1g fat is 9, by my calculations you are eating about 3330 Calories in a day. By adjusting to Zone parameters (40/30/30) you should be able to thrive on less amounts of food.
