I estimate it would have been around the 25% range, most likely higher.
Before I started SS I was around 15%...and now, on my third week of SS I'm at 18%. Gaining more than I would like, but definitely increasing strength.
Can't to wait to find out what it'll be after I'm done with the program and had a chance to lose the fat.
