2 Rounds of Banded pass throughs followed by Cindy

WOD:
Deadlift : 5-5-3-3-3-1-1-1-1 :
135 lbs (5), 185 lb (5)s, 225 lbs (5), 255 lbs (3), 275 lbs (3), 305 lbs (3), 315 lbs (1), 335 lbs (1), 345 lbs (1), and 350 lbs (0)

I was happy I was able to lift up to 345#. And my back didn't hurt which was good. I psyched my self out on 350# because I was running late.

Evening:
1.14 mi dog walk
